As a reminder, practice take place in the morning and you'll need to purchase an additional ticket for this, these are essential for extra track time and so make sure to book them before they go!
What’s New in 2026
⏱️ More racing spread across the year
Our South California season will be spread out across the year, rather than crammed into a few weeks. We will split it into two: half 1: March - June & half 2: September - November. This is to avoid the hot months of summer!
🔧 Brand New Karts
We’re launching a brand new fleet for the 2026 season, featuring the latest spec karts with improved performance, reliability, and parity across the grid.
🏁 World Finals and FAT Racing
The World Finals are back next year - and so is the fully funded F4 seat in the FAT Racing team. One Junior driver. One shot at Formula 4. Just like this year.
🏆 FAT Athlete Program extended to US Champions
2026 winners across all classes will become FAT Athletes. This is our talent program that gives access to the FAT Race team at F4 rounds, and mentoring by drivers and industry experts.
Groups Running on Different Days
• Saturday: Bambino group A, Cadet Heavy, Junior Heavy
• Sunday: Bambino group B, Cadet Light, Junior Light If you're a bambino and not sure why to book? You choose! If you want you can even choose both, totally up to you
Upgraded Karts
Our entire fleet is being upgraded, which means improved reliability and parity across the grid.
Who's it for?
The Regional Championship is for anyone, including those who are racing compeitively for the first time!
How does it work? Season passes opt you in for all 5 race events, which will be on the dates listed below. The race event format is a short practice, qualifying, pre-final and final. Exact timings depend on the venue and will be confirmed in advance. When and where is it?

Additional Practice
All combined passes include both racing and practice.
For the Regional Championship, classes are split into:
Bambino:
• Age: 5 years old to the end of the year of their 9th birthday
• Height: Minimum 110 cm – Maximum 128 cm
• Weight: Minimum 21 kg (with full racewear on)
Cadet:
- Age: Year of their 8th birthday to the end of the year of their 13th birthday
- Height: Minimum 122 cm – Maximum 156 cm
- Cadet Light minimum weight: 27kg
- Cadet Heavy minimum weight: 37kg
Junior:
- Age: Year of their 12th birthday to the year of their 17th birthday
- Height: Minimum 153 cm – Maximum 190 cm
- Junior Light Weight: Minimum 40 kg (with full racewear on)
- Junior Heavy Weight: Minimum 60kg
